Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Kogface collects minimal information required to provide our face recognition services. This includes account information (email, name) and biometric vector data.

Note: We do NOT store original images after processing unless explicitly configured for debugging purposes by the tenant. We only store anonymized mathematical vectors.

2. Data Security

All biometric vectors are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted via TLS 1.3. Access is strictly controlled via IAM roles and API keys.

3. Data Retention

Vectors are stored until the collection is deleted by the tenant. Account data is retained as long as the subscription is active.
