By accessing Kogface APIs or Dashboards, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Kogface on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
You agree not to use Kogface for any illegal surveillance, stalking, or unauthorized biometric data collection. Any violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.
We strive for 99.9% uptime. For enterprise customers, custom SLA guarantees are provided via separate contract.
